At Sootra Kala, we begin processing your order immediately after it is placed. As a result, we are unable to make any changes, cancellations, or modifications once your order is confirmed.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase to avoid delays or delivery issues. Once the order is placed, changes cannot be made, and we want to ensure your package reaches you smoothly.
After your order is handed over to our delivery partners, they will be responsible for its safe and timely delivery. If you experience delays or issues with tracking, please contact the courier directly for assistance.
If your tracking status shows the package as delivered but you haven't received it, or if there's a delay, your local courier is the best point of contact for help locating it. While we’re here to support you, please note that we do not have control over packages once they are with our logistics partners.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a failed delivery attempt, you will be responsible for the shipping fee and return-to-origin (RTO) charges to have it sent again.
